One of the local police departments says they (or the village) has a 4.9 license. We're going to do a network extension for some cameras at an intersection and a park. Is there a special license key to open the 4.9 public safety band on ePMP? Do I just select Other (OT) on the support site ePMP license generation page?

In the US/FCC-land 4.9 requires certified equipment. ePMP is not certified for 4.9. You will need to use PMP450i, or PTP650.

Here in Brazil we are able to enable 4.9 in ePMP. 

I do not know if is the same part number sold here.
