Can you time a 450b Point-to-Point link?

Hi,

I was looking to deploy a point to point link for a very short time, and wondered if I could find a way to GPS time a link if I used 450b's.  I have timing equipment (CMM and packetflux) at both ends of this link, but I wondered if the 450b would be able to recieve sync at all...

Any one know the answer to this question?  Thanks in advance.

It should... see THIS post.

Yes, absolutely the 450b be GPS synchronized. PTP 450b will accept sync over the power port via Canopy Sync and power that comes from a CMM3/CMM4 or CMM5 29 V. Or it can accept sync over the 3.5 mm jack via UGPS or cnPulse.
450b does not support Cambium Sync which is done over standard PoE at 50 V.
Please see the latest PMP 450x Configuration and User Guide found at  PMP 450 Software and Downloads for more details.

Great, thank you very much for clearing that up.
