cnPilot e410 power loss during firmware upgrade

Hi all.

I restarted the poe switch my access points are connected to, not realizing that one of them was just upgrading its system image (3.6-r16).  Now the device doesn't respond anymore and link connection speed is just 10mbps. It seems that the new system image 3.10.3-r3 was only written partially.

There seems to be a procedure to force the device to boot from an inactive system image but I'm not sure how to apply it. How can I restore the device?

Thanks in advance.

Specifically do the power method.

"The time interval should be 2 to 3 secs when you plug and unplug the RJ-45. Minimum of 8 sequences is what required to switch the device to secondary bank."
