Why my epmp 1000  conec-zed constantly recycling reload

epmp 1000 Connectorized Radio PTP

when i when I started to flash my PTP & reload it i accidently turned it off.

flash: ePMP-NonGPS_Synced-v2.1.tar.gz

trying to input into the settings of PTP were unsuccessful.

Reset to factory default didnt help.

It just recycle & recycle but not get into settings.

if info isnt enough pls let me know

I'm assuming the already-running firmware was earlier than 2.1?  Those versions for the non-GPS radios are bricked if the flash process is interrupted.  Recent firmware updates include a de-bricking feature where it will look for a file on the network to re-flash and repair itself, but not v2.x.
