Force 300 - Backwards compatibility with ePMP 1000 & 2000

When will Force 300 radios be compatibile with ePMP 1000 and 2000 access points? Supposedly it was going to happen in May or June of 2018. Has that timeframe been pushed back significantly?

If i recall correctly, i believe they said backwards compatiblility will be added in 4.2 firmware, which is expected to be released around the 3000 release time

COuld really use some clarrification here.

I just got a stack of force 300s (hate them), loaded 4.3.1 and they refuse to connect to any of my 1K/2K APs running 3.5.6

Force 300 is saying, "rejected - incompatible software" in the wireless monitor tab.

Right. The software to connect to ePMP2000 isn't available yet.

Yikes, your distributor should have told you that won't work as of yet, and they shouldn't have sold you those with the expectation that you could connect them today. :(   You'll need the 4.3.2 software which is still in beta and will be soon. People with the 4.3.2 'alpha' have reported being able to connect to a 2K AP, but it's still 'alpha' or 'beta' or whatever and not quite ready. Very soon though, we'll all be able to connect all 1000/2000/3000 AP's to all1000/200/300 SM's

FWIW, I absolute love Force300. I know the mounting bracket on the Force200 was nicer... I'm not sure why it was changed... but for operation, I love the Force300.  Mainly, the built in second radios, with the real time specrtum analyzer that you can use remotely... that's worth the price of admission right there I think.
