I can log in to all other APs by entering their IP address in my browser, however I cannot login to mine. I'm thinking this is an obvious answer I probably already read :). Thanks!

You may not have enabled management access on the wireless interface in the AP (http://community.cambiumnetworks.com/t5/ePMP-1000/Can-not-login-ePMP/m-p/45545#M3692).
