i am on the newest release and patch.
also this would make sense if i didnt actualy have some epmp 2.3.4 already working in WM
could this problem be related to the other issues introduced in version 2.3.4 of the epmp software ?

I'm not sure what you consider 'supported' but I'm running WM4.2.5,
and 13.3 devices show up just fine and [url=http://www.test-inside.com]70-463[/url] appear to gather stats just fine
