E400 - Devices cannot get IP

Hello,

I have some E400 installed, and some devices cannot connect to the access points E400 because seem that they cannot get IP. I attach pictures of that. Do you have any idea why?

Is your DHCP server internal or external?

I have the E400 connected to a router brand cisco, that is the encharge to supply IP, so the Dhcp is activated in the router cisco and disabled in the access points E400

  • Based on screenshots and logs shared, it seems that 802.11bg clients are not able to obtain IP.
  • Could you please share what type of security/encryption you have configured on those clients?
