All right, there is only one problem the customer fails to use AppleTV.
If I connect AppleTV to router it works but if I connect AppleTV to access point no.
Can someone help me?

Is the Apple TV not connecting to the access point, or does it connect ok, but you are not able to play any video?
What do the logs on the AP (in the AP GUI under troubleshooting there is an option to view debug logs) say about the connection from the AppleTV to the AP?
