I have hotsopt 1000, if i configure wifi not security client conntec very good but if conifgure wifi security pass H@gl12345 client conntect after connect ten minutes client disconnect.

please email us a tech-support (can be downlaoded from GUI under 'operations' to support@cambiumnetworks.com) so we can review the logs.
the configration file also 2 MAC addresses blocked from association, can you plesae make sure those are not your client's mac acddress:
mac-authentication policy deny mac-authentication list 2A-6C-07-03-E3-BA mac-authentication list F2-B4-29-00-A3-09
