What speed wifi 2.4GHz and 5Ghz ??

E400, E500, E501S, E502S:

2.4GHz: 300 Mbps (150Mbps in practice since 40MHz channels are usually not free in 2.4GHz)

5GHz : 867 Mbps   (2x2 11ac)

E410:

2.4GHz: same as e400/e500/e501/e502 in standard mode. 400Mbps in a 2x2 256QAM standards+ mode (with clients that support this)

5GHz: 867 Mbps (2x2 11ac)

E600:

2.4GHz: same as e400/e500/e501/e502 in standard mode. 400Mbps in a 2x2 256QAM standards+ mode (with clients that support this) 

5GHz: 1733 Mbps    (4x4 11ac)

Note that these are all 802.11 signalling data rates, and over the air TCP/UDP throughput will be some portion of this, and is also dependent on the environment, the client type, data-rates currently in use etc.
