Is electrical down tilt in tilt calculation?

Is the 2 degree eletrical downtilt already showing in the antenna tilt calculation? (Do i use the number given by LinkPlanner or add 2 degrees to the number?)

I just purchased a bunch of PMP450i APs which have the 2 degree electrical downtilt.

The electrical tilt is built into the antenna pattern used by LINKPlanner. The tilt calculator shows the mechanical tilt required for installation.
