Most partners are aware that the 9.2 software was removed from the support site around September 2017. Now it appears that the 9.0 software has also been removed. Support has advised us against using 8.5 or 8.7 due to stability issues so that leaves 8.3 which was released in February 2016. Seriously?
We're working through a known issue with PTP 820S 1+1 Hot Standby, but we can make 9.2 available again for anyone not using this configuration. Please check the PTP 820 Downloads page. For those customers using the Hot Standby feature, we recommend staying on the 8.3 release for now.
Sorry for the trouble. We plan to have a new release with a fix for the Hot Standby issue shortly.
