I have recently noticed any issue with one of our PTP820s 11Ghz links. I would wondering if this graph shows any indication if its interference on the link or give any insight of where I should look for the problem. The signal level stays constant at -41dBm when the problem occurrs. Besides dropping traffic, the MRMC is where I see the drops.

This could be any number of things--you need to look at the RSL, MSE, and modulation mode over time.

Be prepared with the following:
* LINKPlanner file
* RSL, MSE, and MRMC screenshots
* unit info files (they'll help you get these files if you don't know how)

The recommended, and available firmware is now 8.3 from May of 2016. 8.5.5, 8.7, 9.0 and 9.2 had been released but have been removed. The dashboard in 9.2 was a great improvement. Start with moving to 8.3 and you'll likely lose the config, except the IP. If your password quits working contact support. Hopefully you have another path available while you deal with this.
