We are very exciting on this new extended Warranty and All Risk Advanced Replacement program of PTP820. The new program offers a very affordable price with good protection for customer's network.
All Risks Advance Replacement
All Risks Advance Replacement provides hardware and replacement for hardware defects covered by Standard Warranty and additionally covers other types of equipment damage, including:
- Lightning damage
- Weather damage
- Dropped unit
- Fire damage
- Vandalism
All Risks Advanced Replacement provides shipment of replacement product from Cambium Networks on the next business day after receipt of a confirmed Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from the Cambium Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Delivery time will depend upon ship-to location and any customs clearance time.
It is slightly different compare to the old PTP820 extended warranty program. Here is more details:
In the past, we only offer 3 years and 5 years for All Risk and Advanced Replacement Program. The new program offers from 1 year to 5 years. Here is your shall know, take PTP820S as example:
If customer need complete 5 years All risk advanced replacement, it will require two SKUs:
"AR-E0PT820S-WW"and "AR-E4PT802S-WW"
