I want soultion for 45Kms Point to Point Link, LOS is clear. Currently i am using Mikrotik Netmetal with 30dBi antenna, but not getting proper throughput.
Please suggest something better.

Suggest you model the PTP 450i using LINKPlanner as suggested by David. A second option may be the ePMP Force 200.
