Is there a way to set the "Downlink Burst Allocation" on a PMP100 SM with SNMP?

 dwnLnkLimit > .1.3.6.1.4.1.161.19.3.2.1.65.0

 upLnkLimit > .1.3.6.1.4.1.161.19.3.2.1.63.0
