Is there a more detailed explanation/legend to alarm notifactions?
As an example, the dashboard of a device showing online for 24hrs+ but event notification is showing more recent multiple offline/online events within this period.
Based on the above, what does device dashboard "online" status time period represent?

Do you mean that the cnMaestro dashboard does not show any disconnect events, but the device logs do?
The devices themselves generally update much more quickly, so if it was the case of an extremely brief interruption, maybe the cnMaestro status was never updated during that period, therefore did not register the disconnect.
