AES and capacity keys

I bought a bunch of PTP800's with capacity keys and FIPS AES liscense keys. Where do I find the keys. Looked everwhere in our received Cambium equipent shipment and cannot find anything that could  be the licenses. Would these be emailed to me or do they ship then with the equipment. I have logged into a few PTP 800's and confirmed that they were not installed (as expected)  by Cambium.

Hello,

Capacity keys and licenses are deliveried via email by the vendor typically. The email will include an Entitlement ID.

These only take 1-3 business days to receive.

Thanks. The vendor had them and sent them as soon as I asked.My Cambium Networks poc’s did not respond with a solution when I needed it. I am not very happy with them right now.
