On page 32, please eliminate "Model Number should state: 3693HH" at the top.
This conflicts with lower on the page where it says it should be "Integrated".
The FCC will reject 3693HH, you must enter Integrated. (ask me how I know)

3693HH will not work.

The document has been updated to reflect "Integrated" for the model on slide 32.
Many thanks for pointing this out. That seems to be the single most critical field during the FCC review of submissions.
