We are facing high BER ratio (7.4e-3) while the channel should be clear from interference ( the spectrum is clean)

Have you run a link test on this link? What are the results?
BER is not measured quite the same way that other systems may interpret, because of the Canopy MAC and scheduler... this is a proprietary system. I would not attribute much of anything to that statistic.
By all accounts, this is showing a very solid link and should produce very good, stable results.
You are showing high SNR values, achieving your desired RSL, and the modulation appears to be a solid 256QAM.
