NAT Issue...again

I've an (another) issue with a customer running 14.2.1, I haven't updated the radio with the last firmware because I'm not using Medusa on this sector and I haven't read about NAT improvement in the last release (15.x).

The radio crash every 2-3 minutes with a Fatal Error (NAPT process), screenshot below:

Hi, Is the issue still there when you disable the NAT? I am not able to see the error message because the link is not opening. If it is okay can you pllease the screenshot of the error message and the CNUT capture from the AP/SM to support@cambiumnetworks.com

Is the issue occurring when the NAT is disabled? If you have  not tried it already, can we try it and see?

Is this happening on only one SM or multiplle SMs?

I am not able to open the link which you have shared.

Could you please send the screenshot of the error message and the CNUT captures from the radio to analyse the issue to support@cambiumnetworks.com.

We have fixed a NAT crash and will be available in the upcoming 15.1 beta. I need to check the event logs to confirm if its  the same issue.
