No Piggyback of data in contention?

I noticed this under a link capacity test, and I dont think i have ever seen it before.  Has any seen this message and what does it mean exactly?  I have searched online as well as these boards and can find nothing on it.

This was some engineering debug that I added that accidentally made it to release. Whoops. :)

Basically, when SM is only one connected (users=1) then he is allowed to transmit data in the contention area which is normally reserved only for bandwidth requests. Please disregard. :)
