PMP 450i 900 sync over power issue

HI

We have a PMP 450i 900 synced with a CMM4 and it is constantly loosing sync over power we are running 15.0.3 firmware and the AP doesn't have a sync cable in the AUX port to cause issues has anyone had this before?

Thanks

A few questions for you:

1) Does this CMM4 provide a solid sync signal to other APs connected to it? (i.e. Is this the only radio having issues?)

2) Does a different firmware version on the AP affect how this works?

3) How long is the GPS cable from GPS antenna to CMM4?

4) How long is the Ethernet cable from CMM4 to AP?

5) What other equipment is at this site?

Have you opened a support ticket for this issue yet?  Often, that's the best route to go, as they can troubleshoot with you and have facilities to collect the data needed.

Thanks,

Matt

We managed to fix the issue with a cable relocation as it looked to be caused by a large power source next to the cable which had caused some electrical interference in the cable.

Thanks for the reply!

Thanks for the closure on your issue.  It's not often that we see the resolution, and I am sure other users appreciate you checking back in.

Thanks again!
