Is there a whitepaper on the exact procedure to register a 3.65 location.

I have a new person doing the registrations.

Yes, there is. Cambium has written one and it's in the support/downloads section of their website.

Cambium makes gear for all over the world. Too bad they don’t create guides like this for countries other than the US.

Why would they need to create a guide like this? No other country besides the US has the same sort of EIRP restrictions, LBT requirements, ap/sm registration requirements, etc. for the 3GHz band. Everywhere outside the US it's treated as licensed spectrum.
