Hi Franco,

To reset the radio via Telnet you can use a Terminal Emulator and telnet to it and login with Admin and password. then type "reset" this command will reset the radio.

Hi Krishnan i know the CLI reset command. I would like to know why i loose GUI http https access with Internal Error message in my browser. See the log in attachment please. Regards Franco

Hi Franco,

Could you please tell me what is the software on this radio, Is the software 14.2.1 or above if it is not at the latest version could you please upgrade the software to 15.0.2 also post upgrade if you are still facing the issue could you please extract the CNUT or engineering file from the radio and send it to Support@cambiumnetworks.com for further analysis.

Hi Franco,

I had also some issues with the WEB GUI on 15.0.2 Firmware (link was crashing every time I was trying to access SNMP Statistics) and some other issues with SNMPv3.

Everything was fixed with 15.0.2.1 firmware (upgraded and checked yesterday). I suggest that you proceed with the upgrade and test again.
