The throughput test report you are getting for the PTP450 radio, is it from the radio GUI or from a different monitoring software?
Also please let us know the below details;
- What is the radio software version? If they are running in older version can you try upgrading the radio the latest version?
- If the statistics you are getting is from the different monitoring software, then can you cross check the throughput from the radio under Statistics >> Throughput
- Check the throughput sharing is done on 50/50 basis under Configuration >> Radio >> Frame Configuration >> Downlink Data
