Absolutely!
PTP820G support both Unframed and Framed TDM connnection. The configuration of the TDM service is the same for both cases.
Just click on Native TDM services, follow the wizard to create a TDM service. Note that when there is a setttting for "Local" and "Remote", if you set "Local 1, Remote 2" at one end, you need to set "Local 2, Rmote 1" on the other end.
It is that simple.
