1. Ensure no service points or services are using the radio ports.
2. Create an MC-ABC Group.
3. Create a service, then attach the MC-ABC Group to the service via a service point.
First, ensure that there are no services points using the radio ports (if you're starting from factory defaults, you don't need this step.)
Next, ensure that that no services are using the radio ports, (again, if you're starting from factory defaults, you don't need this step.)
Next, left-click on Radio, then Groups, and then Multi Carrier ABC:
then left-click on Create Group:
Type in a Group Name:
left-click on Next and select the first radio
left-click on Next and select the second radio
left-click on Finish, then left-click on Submit
Success! left-click on Close
This is what successful creation of an MC-ABC looks like:
left-click on Ethernet, then left-click on Services
left-click on Add, then select Service Type and left-click on Apply

left-click on Service Points, then left-click on Add
Select Pre-defined options and Interface location Ethernet
