DOA Process

If you have recently purchased a product and you believe it to be faulty (Dead on Arrival), In the first instance please contact Cambium Technical Support. We will help you resolve your issue if it is an installation or configuration issue.

If it is determined that it is a DOA then you will be given a reference number to return the equipment to your supplying dealer, who will replace the unit with a brand new unit.

DOA issues should be raised within 30 days of purchase, after which time the standard repair warranty service will operate.
