Opening up 5795 to 5815 MHz

Hi

I know OFCOM has given the go ahead to allow access to 5795 to 5815 MHz and Im wondering if  there iIs there a timescale on new firmware being released to open up this 20MHz band in the UK?

Ben,

The PMP 450i hardware supports the 20MHz of spectrum and we meet the regulatory requirements for use in the UK.  The team is in the process of updating the Country Code authorization and expect to include in a Build of Release 15.1.5.  We expect a commercial release in early Q2 and certainly a Beta release in April.

Incidently, ePMP supports the 20MHz in the UK today with Release 3.5.2 .
