We have a PTP link between two 58500’s where the ethernet port on each is connected to an ethernet port on a Cisco 2911 router. No matter what settings we use on the radio and router interface config, the radios show a data port mismatch. Both radios are version 4.0 code. Is there a known issue with this version of radio or software that causes them to get into this mismatch issue? The rx crc and aligh error counter is also increasing at about 5-10%. We have tried different patch cables from router to PIDU, different router port, different pidu, hardcode settings instead of auto…and can’t get past this.
Test updating the version and later it fixes the speed of the ports
