Link Capacity: Full vs. Lite

Hello, I want to know if there is any substantial difference, in addition to the total capacity of the link, in relation to the Lite and Full license of the PTP650.
That is, if there are other parameters of the equipment that are affected with one or another license.

Hi Miguel,

The only difference Lite and Full Capacity is throughtput being limited to 125 Mbps. Using License key it should be possible to upgrade if the Link Capacity needs to increased beyond 125 Mbps. There are no other parameter changes associated with other licenses such AES encryption keys

It might be worth pointing out that the capacity of a link with the Lite capacity license is a fixed percentage of the capacity of the same link with a Full capacity license. The maximum capacity (256QAM Dual 0.81 and 25 MHz) is about 125 Mbit/s. This capacity is reduced proportionally for lower channel bandwidth, and lower modulation mode.
