The FCC responded favorably today to the joint petition filed by Cambium, WISPA and others, to the pending changes to U-NII devices and compliance to the revised Section 15.407; which were to take affect on June 2, 2015. The new rules were waived until December 2, 2015 in part to give the FCC time to consider the Petition for Reconsideration, also jointly filed by Cambium, WISPA and others.
