In WM, only AP, BHM and CMM nodes consume License. But if you notice that the PMP/PTP 450i SM/BHS are consuming WM License as shown below; Apply the attached Hotfix.
Steps to apply Hotfix:
1. Unzip server.zip file
2. Stop WM server
3. Go to location <WM_Installed_Directory>/wm/
4. Copy and replace server folder with existing server folder
5. Restart the server
6. Rediscover the existing elements.
