This just started Friday afternoon. Cn Maestro is showing I have APs down, sometimes just 1 out of 4 on a tower, but the AP is not down and seems to be working properly. Right now it is showing I have 9 APs down that are not. One tower is showing down but no APs are showing down. This is happening on APs with firmware 3.2.1, 3.2.2, & 3.5.1. My cnMaestro version is Version 1.6.2-r11. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
it will show down until you reboot the AP. if it has intermittent connectivity for a time, or no reason at all, it will lose it's connection to maestro and won't reconnect until it's been rebooted.
They are all showing up now and I haven't rebooted them. I forgot to mention, they don't stay showing down. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they show down.
It sounds like something is disrupting their connectivity to cnMaestro. Check the Notification -> Events tab for one of the APs. Are there a lot of Status Up/Status Down events? How frequent are they?
I see status down/ status up about every 3 days. On one AP it shows GPS software is out of date, on another is shows GPS software is up to date.
