AccessDeniedAccess error on cnMaestro clients connecting (using vouchers)

We started seeing reports of this issue this morning (screenshot attached). We have a cnPilot deployment and in place of the splash page where clients enter their voucher, they are getting this screen instead. Any way to help me figure it out?

Can you please send with your cambiumID and AP mac which is having this issue along with the guest portal name you using in the AP.
