Account Lock on Cnmaestro Web 1.6

Dear All,

i've problem to login cnmaestro web gui. we already create 3 user , 2 users as administrator and 1 users with permit access read only.

to trying login with 2 users (as administrator) is not working, but with the another users is can login (users read only)

how to unlock the users administrator ?

Please suggest to solved this issue

can you please confirm whether you are facing the issue with noc or cloud if its cloud, please can you share the cambium id? also can you send the error screenshot to anish.bosco@cambiumnetworks.com?
