CN Maestro On Premise Stuck in job upgrade

Hi, we have version 1.6.1r10, We stopped a upgradee job, but still cant start new ones nor reboot the VM, we are stuck here.  Please assist!

Upgrade job 1 is already running. Cannot start a new job.

Can you please provide team viewer access to debug the issue.

In the upcoming release 1.6.3 we are giving the Abort job feature which will stop the job forcefully .
