Please can anybody support me about cnMaestro cloud?First i have add by msn the devices but they show in status "waiting for device' and still nothig happens.Second i can not add device by cambium id.When i add button it show a message' error there is no use available' even i am as super Admin.I have reset and enable /disable but still again the same.Thanks
FYI we had this and fought with a Cambium engineer and figured out what the issue is. They (Cambium) changed something with SSL about 24 hours ago. All Devices (190w and 201p) that we had trouble with had firmware 4.2.2-r2 on them; we upgraded to 4.5-r7 and devices onboarded as normal. I have notified our RTM of this and he is looking into what the steps to move forward will be as we have 60 or 70 of these that just came in and we suspect all have same firmware.

It doesnt seem to automatically update its firmware as part of the onboarding
Hi I have run into the exact same problem. Seems like a bug. I have 7 SM’s that are in the “Waiting for Device” status. Any recommendations on how to fix this?
