Hi, We are currently in the process of creating a Internal Ticketing System to consolidate all are information into one system. we are currently deploying cnMaaestro - On Premise on our network and i am after gaining remote access to the database so we can automatically populate the information from cnMaestro into our system. On premises or cloud based server? On Prem I think you'd be able to do it but they'd have to give you the password.
