Software update blocked

Hi, with CNMaestro Version 1.6.2-r11 on-premises very often the updates are blocked on some antennas without going into timeout (look at the picture). The problem is that I can not start other updates and I can not even restart the server from the GUI because "There is software update in progress, please try after the job is complete."

The only way to unlock it is to delete the antennas from the CNMaestro (they are all PMP450 vanilla, i, m).

The software must cancel the update if it does not receive input after a few minutes.

Can you please share your VM remotely to debug the issue?

We are going to release 1.6.3 patch soon where we introduced a feature called abort job.

In meanwhile I can help fixing the current issue with a remote session.

Please share the details via PM.
