The maximum number of devices has been achieved. Please contact customer support.

I seem to be getting the error, "The maximum number of devices has been achieved. Please contact customer support." sporatically over the last few days when trying to onboard devices.  Two days ago it would give me that message constantly.  This morning I was able to add all of the devices I couldn't add two days ago.  And now when I go in to add more devices, it's giving me the error message again.  I'm nowhere close to the 10,000 device limit and this is a cloud instance.  Anyone else having this issue?
