Poor didactic value, weak understandability of voice, I wouldn't like to show it to prospective customer for CN products. Could CN develop a good lecture on cnMaestro or a good self explanating presentation available for download?

Could somebody please coach the presenter to not say "um" and "ah" every other word.  I could barely pay attention through all the distrations of um and ah.
