API Documentation for the devices such as the E410

I am seeking an API for the devices such as the E410.  
 
The device seems to have the ability to use a splash page built in to the device or to use a slash page of my own creation.  I am trying to figure out how to build the splash page of my own creation where the button sends the same information to the router as built in splash page does.  
 
I have searched the partner portal and have not been able to find this documentation.  Any help would be appreciated.

Guest access can be done in three ways

- using a splash page internal to the AP

- using a splash page hosted on cnMaestro

- using an external guest portal service
