- Chris Hillis, Co-Founder, Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC) – ITDRC connects thousands of disaster survivors and responders in dozens of communities in the United States by providing Wi-Fi connectivity and technical resources in the critical days and weeks following a catastrophic event. “ITDRC is comprised of approximately 1,500 service-oriented volunteer technology professionals,” says Chris. “While each member has a slightly different motivation, the team is bonded through service to others.
