What version software should I be using for the E500. I upgraded all the APs from cnMaestro and I have lost contact with half of the 45 units. They are not reporting in cnMaestro anymore.
Please share us the details of cnMaestro and cnPilot software versions.
If you are having access to AP, please share us the tech-support of AP which is not on-boarded after upgrade.
