cnPilot R2XX Phone Problem

Hi,
we had some problems with a lot of units that we had installed to our costumer.
In particular the most problems seems to be related to FXS ports and the status of the port that remain locked in invalid status.
In particular if a people make a call and than hang up the call, the status is :
FXS 1 Hook State Off
FXS 1 Port Status Connected
but as you can see in log the hook is on, but the line result unaivable

System release 4.3.3

Hi,

Can you to share the setup remotely with us ?
Also, can you answer below questions, we are not able to replicate this in our lab and it will help us in replicating it.
1. Are you seeing the issue with all the units or only few.
2. Do you always see the issue or its random.
3. Does it recovers on its own , if yes how long does it takes . If no, how do you recover it?

Regards,

Nilesh
