AP crashes, epmp2000! it only comes back after turning off the power and turning it back on.

epmp 2000 AP with smart antenna software 3.5.1 and sector antenna cambium:

- flexible mode

- 48 CPEs connected, with 30 elevated devices from ubnt.

Some CPEs appear randomly on the wireless monitor with very low signal -92 and do not connect.

It is not the same CPE that appear with -92 sign.

When we try to reboot, the AP crashes!
Then it only comes back after turning off the power and turning it back on.

I am using flexible mode because the gps gets lost once in a while communicating with satellites, although it shows more than 15 satellites tracked.

And when I try to restart the AP, new crash!

I end up having to go reboot it in the tower! Power off, power on!

Hello,

Could you please get crashlog from the radio after crash occurred?

Please use "debug crashlog" command in CLI and admin user.

Thank you.

The problem seems to have been solved.
The network cable that was being used was not suitable, an error of our technician.
After the cable was replaced, the problem no longer occurred.
Thank you very much for your support. If it happens again I'll let you know.
