Is the radio's configuration available anywhere in the CLI?

what exactly are you looking for? "config show" will show everything, as far as I know.

I hadn’t tried or bothered to look myself. That looks good. I’ll see if Tomas would rather have config show or config show dump.

Grr, anyone know how to get the platform\model info via CLI?

I see how to get the U-Boot version and the current software version, but nothing on how to get that it’s a Cambium ePMP 1000 GPS radio.

I *think* that "cambiumHWInfo" under "show dashboard" tells you that. I got the junk below from Cambium's snmp documentation, but I'm not sure how to go about figuring out what numbers apply to the all the newer hardware that isn't on this list... an ePMP 2000 AP appears to be 10, and a Force 200 5ghz appears to be 8, for instance.
